Monica Ricci 		Nita, the use of folders, colors, and flags is important when managing your inbox. There is nothing wrong with keeping a bunch of emails in your inbox if you want to use them as a "history" of sorts. But you might want to create a folder called "Email 1/1/06 - 12/31/06 and just move them all into there when you start a new year. This way, they don't bog down your primary inbox.
